The grapes were crushed and fermented for two weeks on skins then gently pressed and transferred to premium oak barrels for maturation. The barrels were tasted, selected and blended to ensure a super-premium Coonawarra Cabernet. Deep brick red to purple black hue. Blackcurrant and spicy plum notes on the nose invite you to the mint and blackcurrant flavours on the palate. The wine is beautifully balanced with constructed tannins from the small oak that hold the wine and allow for a lingering long cedar-like finish.

Coonawarra - Single Vineyard

This wine has a bright straw colour with green edge. Nectarine and nashi pear fruit with roasted hazelnut overtones following fermentation in quality oak. The resulting wine is tightly structured and rich with a clean lingering finish thanks to a good balanced acids. This is a cool climate wine showing all the hallmarks of its region.
