Cabernet Sauvignon, High Wheeler 2020 – 6 Pack

Mates George Burston and Harry Stokes embarked on a pleasure trip round about the world visiting exotic destinations on a penny-farthing.

The grapes were crushed and fermented for two weeks on skins then gently pressed and transferred to premium oak barrells for maturation. The barrels were tasted, selected and blended to ensure a super-premium Coonawarra Cabernet. Deep brick red to purple black gue. Blackcurrant and spicy plum notes on the nose invite you to the min and blackcurrant flavours on the palate. The wine is beautifully balanced with constructed tannins from the small oak that hold the wine and allow for a lingering long cedar-like finish.

Chardonnay, High Wheeler 2023 – 6 pack

1888 - Mates George Burston and Harry Stokes embarked on a pleasure trip round about the world visiting exotic destinations on a penny-farthing.

A complex and fresh cool climate Chardonnay. Light straw in colour. Fruit is of melons and pineapple with a background of nutty French oak. Seven months on lees and a partial Malo has given the palate a rich and creamy texture. Consume now on its own or with a salad, shellfish or soft cheese. Or cellar and see it gather even more nut-like complexity and richness.

Chardonnay 2022, Over the Line – 6 Pack

Coonawarra - Single Vineyard

This wine has a bright straw colour with green edge. Nectarine and nashi pear fruit with roasted hazelnut overtones following fermentation in quality oak. The resulting wine is tightly structured and rich with a clean lingering finish thanks to a good balanced acids. This is a cool climate wine showing all the hallmarks of its region.
