A complex and fresh cool climate Chardonnay using fruit that is certified organic in transition. Light straw in colour. Fruit is of melons and pineapple with a background of nutty French oak. Seven months on lees and a partial Malo has given the palate a rich and creamy texture. Consume now on its own or with a salad, shellfish or soft cheese. Or cellar and see it gather even more nut-like complexity and richness.
