Conditions
Freight, Shipping, Refunds and Returns:
- Minimum order is 1 carton (6 pack) with freight charge of $15 per carton. Orders of 1 dozen bottles or more, freight is included.
- Orders will be dispatched within 5 days of receiving the order via Australia Post. Delivery may take between 2-14 days, depending on your postal location.
- If extreme heat is being experienced in Coonawarra or at the postal location the delivery may be delayed to prevent spoilage of the wine.
- If the wine ordered has been damaged in the delivery process, we will replace it. If you are not happy with the condition of the wine, please contact us.
- Where a vintage ordered has sold out, we will inform you as soon as is practical.
- Purchases of wine from GWB Wine Estates can only be shipped within Australia
Payment Security:
Our website uses Stripe to process credit card transactions. Stripe uses standard encryption technology to ensure security of the payment and credit card details.
Your credit card details are processed by Stripes secure payment gateway.
Credit card details are not hosted by GWB Wine Estates or Stripe after processing.
It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18.
